Travel itinerary


Day 1 Drive to the Chinggis Khan statue. (65km) This statue became the highest statue in the world and put into the Genus book. Drive to the Terelj national park. There are a lot of rock formulation stones you possible to ride a horse there if you want. Stay overnight in a tourist camp ger. (L+D)


Day 2 Drive to Elsen Tsarakhai. This area is unique of forest and sand dunes. After lunch you have opportunity to ride a horse. Over 2 nights stay in a tourist camp ger. (B+L+D)


Day 3 After breakfast drive to Kharahorum, the symbolic ruins of the 13th century which was the capital city of the Mongol Empire. Visit Erdene-Zuu the oldest  ancient monastery. This monastery was built in 1586. Then visit Kharahorum museum and see history of the Great Mongol state period. (B +L+D)


Day 4 After breakfast drive back to city Ulaanbaatar. (400km)
